I live about an hour and 45 minutes away, but as soon as I read his reviews, saw the before/after gallery, and most importantly, met him in person, I knew it was worth the drive to have him be my surgeon. From my initial phone call to consult to surgery to my final follow up today, I have had what can only be described as the best experience one could have when having surgery. I’ve been so self conscience about my body for so long and Dr. Geiger has turned that around. I had a breast reduction and 360 lipo and all I can say is it’s life changing. • Dr. Geiger is an amazing doctor/surgeon as well as just a wonderful person. I had a panniculectomy, abdominoplasty and lipo. First, the result looks AMAZING. I look like a different person and the results are honestly life changing for me. Second, I did have come complications and Dr. Geiger was ALWAYS there, reassuring and making sure I got VERY prompt care at every stage (even from another doctor he personally called to make sure I got what I needed). Third, where many doctors have their staff provide most of your contact and they just come in and out and touch base with you, Dr. Geiger is just the opposite. I dealt with him at every single stage and the support staff was just there to support. He patiently answered every question I had, every call I made, and was one of the best doctors I've ever used. This was my only surgical experience and while I did have complications it was a really great experience. Would definitely recommend Dr. Geiger to anyone needing plastic surgery.
• Dr. Geiger is an amazing doctor. Going through reconstruction after breast cancer is an extremely difficult thing to do emotionally and physically. His professionalism, concern, honesty, and skill as a surgeon made the process easier to handle. Due to an oddity of how my rib cage is formed, reconstruction was tricky. He created a solid plan with me, and today my results are much better than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Geiger! He's amazing!

• I knew within seconds of meeting Dr. Geiger that he was the perfect Doctor to guide me through one of the biggest decisions of my life! He walked in the exam room with the most AMAZING attitude and spent over an hour explaining to me my procedure ( bilateral breast reconstructive surgery.) He answered all my questions and concerns. • Dr. Geiger did an amazing and excellent job of repairing my ear, which was damaged by another plastic surgeon. A plastic surgeon (not the one who damaged my ear) recommended that I have Dr. Geiger repair my ear and I see why: impressive results. Dr. Geiger is definitely the plastic surgeon to go to for ear surgery.

• I had cut my hand severely and had to go to the emergency room. They called a hand surgeon to meet me there. I had never heard of or knew Dr. Geiger before that day. He had a great personality , down to earth, and explained everything he was doing to me. I ended up getting about 50 stitches in my hand: in the muscle, under layer of skin, and outer layer of skin. Everyone that saw the stitches kept asking me if it hurt. If never really hurt. I think that Dr. Geiger did such excellent work that the wound never hurt. Since I got my stitches out, you can barely see a mark, and he warned me it could take up to a year for the scar to blend in with the rest of my hand. I would definitely use him again if I ever needed surgery.

• I had a labiaplasty with Dr. Hulsen and when I originally researched him I couldn’t find reviews on that specific procedure. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Hulsen and the chesterfield office from the time I booked my consultation to the time I had my follow of appointment. Would 100% recommend his practice and could not be more satisfied with my results!

• I had a great experience with Dr. Hulsen and his entire staff. I was recommended to him by a dermatologist for a re-excision. He had a wonderful bedside manner and never made me feel rushed during our consultation. Some medical professionals do not share the same level of care that I received with Dr. Hulsen. He clearly explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. My overall experience from the office staff, nurses (especially Beth) and Dr. Hulsen was seamless. Everyone was kind and caring. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking their services.

• Generally every visit you get in and out relatively quickly. I had a slightly strange case where I would need him and two other surgeons in the OR at the same time performing several different surgeries. Every appointment he was very informative and made sure to ask if I had any questions and to answer everything in easy terms even with drawings if need be. He has a wonderful bedside manner and really cares about his patients. And is so easy to communicate with. He also is incredibly excellent at his work. I’ve had several other doctors see his work and say how incredible it was and then ask who had done it, asking me to spell his name out so they new who it was. My sister whom is in a similar field in AZ to said it was some of the best work she has seen. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, plastic surgeon who actually cares about you overall, go to him! He really is the best of the best.
• Dr. Hulsen performed an abdominoplasy and sculpting for me. I am very excited at the results, and are better than I thought possible with my physique. His care was very detailed, and he reviewed information I hadn't even considered. He was very thorough, made me feel very comfortable, at ease and calm. He was friendly, professional and personable. His staff Carla and Pam were knowledgeable and responsible, and were very much appreciated. His assistant Di was fantastic, professional and especially helpful. • Thrilled with my 'new arms' After working so hard to lose over half of my former self and keeping it off for over 15 years, I still was so self-conscious about my appearance...especially my terribly saggy skinned arms. There was so much extra skin it could be 100 degrees out and I wouldn't wear anything shorter than three quarter length sleeves so I could keep all the skin tucked in. I finally decided to do something about it and now it's been almost 8 weeks since I had Dr. Geiger perform a brachioplasty with a modified torsoplasty and I am thrilled with the results! From the initial consult, I have been so impressed with Dr. Geiger. He explained the procedure, set clear expectations for post-op recovery and outcome. He and his office staff have been so kind and caring throughout this process. I think Dr. Geiger is an artist! I love the shape of my arms and even though the incision line is long and still has some healing to do, I know I will confidently be wearing short sleeves in no time!

• I am a 70 year-old breast cancer survivor. Due to lots of sun when younger, chemo treatments and just, plain aging, when I looked in the mirror, what I saw did not match how I felt. I am young at heart and am fortunate to now enjoy good health allowing me to be quite active. After a lot of consideration, I decided on a complete facelift. There is lots to consider with a decision like this as one can imagine. It's not only the money, it is your face! I did my homework, took my time, and ended up entrusting Dr. Scott Geiger with the procedure. From the first appointment I knew my decision was a good one. He is very kind and extremely patient, putting up with my many questions and concerns. Dr. Geiger is what everyone wants in their physician; passionate about his work and compassionate with his patients. In the end just a good person. At three months post op. I am so pleased with my face and I feel empowered by my fresh new appearance.

• Dr Geiger and his staff are the BEST. I had the best surgery experience and recovery. If I’ve ever had any concern him and his staff NEVER dismissed me or my concerns. Even in the consultation him and the staff heard me, seen me and really just considered everything I was saying and answered every single question. • Dr.Hulsen did a tummy tuck for me along with liposuction and while it was not a painless recovery, I have the most incredible results.
