Wise Pattern Reconstruction Before and After Photos Patient 37477

This patient developed right breast cancer. She underwent double mastectomies through breast reduction-type incisions (Wise Pattern) to remove excess skin and allow better reshaping of the breasts. Dr. Geiger performed direct-to-implant reconstruction on top of the muscle (prepectoral) with shaped, textured 415cc implants. These were supported with a blanket of dermal matrix mesh as well as her own excess breast skin (inferior autoderm technique). She later had 3-D nipple tattoos placed to complete her reconstruction. Here she is with an overall excellent outcome giving her both a reduction and a breast lift while treating her breast cancer.
