Areolar Sparing Reconstruction

This patient developed breast cancer and underwent bilateral mastectomies saving her areolas, but removing the nipple and ducts for cancer reasons. She had immediate reconstruction with prepectoral, shaped, gummy bear implants giving her more fullness and shape all in a single operation.
