Arm Lift

This patient was unhappy with the excess, sagging skin of her upper arms and outer chest wall. She underwent an arm lift (brachioplasty) through the armpit and down her outer chest to remove loose skin there as well. Dr. Geiger combined liposuction and skin excision to greatly improve the contour of her arms with the scar well hidden along the bottom so it is not easily seen from the front or back! Here she is looking amazing with her new arm shape.
