Autologous Tissue

This patient developed left breast cancer and underwent a skin sparing mastectomy with immediate pedicled TRAM flap tissue transfer from her abdomen for reconstruction. She is seen here 2 years postop with an excellent, natural appearance nearly identical to her preoperative breast.
