Breast Augmentation

This patient suffered severe burns requiring extensive skin grafting. She recovered remarkably well, but her breast tissue became increasingly deflated. She underwent dual plane breast augmentation with highly cohesive, soft touch, smooth round silicone implants (Left breast Natrelle SSF 385 cc, Right breast Natrelle SSF 335cc). These were placed through incisions hidden in her breast folds for an amazing transformation.
