This patient was unhappy with her smaller, deflated breasts as well as her drooping nipples. She underwent dual plane breast augmentation with highly cohesive, soft touch, smooth round silicone implants (Natrelle SSX 400cc). These were placed through incisions hidden in her breast folds for an amazing transformation. She had concurrent nipple elevation through tiny incisions hidden at the top of the nipple.
