Breast Lift with Augmentation

This patient had prior submuscular implant augmentation years ago. She has developed some sagging to her breasts and wanted an overall better size and shape. Dr. Geiger removed and replaced her implants while performing a breast lift, upsizing her implants to highly cohesive (gummy bear), smooth round silicone implants. She is seen here 3 months postop with significantly improved upper pole fullness and cleavage. The scars and pink color will fade significantly as they mature over the next 6-12 months.
