Breast Lift with Augmentation

This patient desired a little more fullness and perkiness to her breasts. Her left nipple was lower but she wanted to avoid any visible scars on the front of the breast. Thus, she underwent dual plane breast augmentation under the muscle with moderate profile 365cc implants. She had concurrent left circumareolar lift to elevate her nipple a few centimeters to match her natural right side.
