Breast Lift with Augmentation Before and After Photos Patient 37856

This patient had a prior breast augmentation nearly 20 years ago, done elsewhere. She was never really happy the outcome and felt too large. She was due for an update to her implants and sought Dr. Geiger to remove her 410cc extra high profile implants and downsize to newer 310cc moderate profile implants. She required a concurrent breast lift to shrink her skin envelope down to accommodate the smaller implants. Here she is looking great with a more appropriate fit for frame.
