Breast Lift with Augmentation

This patient presented with bilateral ruptured subglandular implants placed ~ 30 years ago. There was a significant amount of silicone that had leaked into the right breast tissue and required removal. She also desired to downsize, but not too small. Here she is after undergoing removal of extensive ruptured silicone implants, pocket exchange to under the muscle, and downsizing of her implants to 365cc left, 415cc right with highly cohesive silicone gel implants. She looks and feels amazing.
