Breast Lift

This patient was unhappy with the sagging, full appearance to her breasts. In addition, the two completely different sizes made finding bras, swimwear, and fitting in clothing difficult. Dr. Geiger helped her out with a breast lift/reduction using a superomedial pedicle, Wise-pattern scar technique. This technique removes the lower and outer breast tissue, and keeps the remaining upper breast tissue for nipple support. The final inverted-T shaped scars allow removal of additional sagging skin. This allows for an excellent rounded shape, medial fullness, projection, and longevity to the final breast appearance..She looks great with her new size, shape, symmetry, and perkiness. She has some more aggressive scarring despite all of the tricks to minimize this. The scars and pink color will fade with ongoing scar care, steroid treatment and as they continue to mature over the next 6-12 months.
