Breast Reduction

This patient suffered from the usual upper back & neck pains, bra strap grooving, and rashes due to her large breasts. She underwent reduction by Dr. Geiger using a Wise Pattern skin incision and inferior pedicle technique to remove over 3.4 pounds of breast tissue (817 grams right, 747 grams left). Liposuction was performed on her outer breast, chest wall, and preaxillary area for additional improvements. She looks and feels amazing with her new size and shape.
