Breast Reduction

This patient suffered from the usual upper back & neck pains, bra strap grooving, and rashes due to her large breasts. She was also unhappy with her widely spaced nipples. She underwent reduction by Dr. Geiger using a Wise Pattern skin incision and inferior pedicle technique to remove over 5.3 pounds of breast tissue (1170 grams right, 1233 grams left), along with additional outer chest wall liposuction for contouring. She looks and feels amazing with her new size and shape.
