Face & Neck Lift

This patient presented after massive weight loss and severe skin laxity to his neck. His goal was to get rid of his “turkey neck” and have a natural appearing result. He did not want a surgically enhanced appearance nor concurrent facial rejuvenation. Here he is 6 months out with a dramatic improvement and return to a much more normal appearance.
