Gynecomastia Surgery

This patient was unhappy with his excess male breast tissue, or gynecomastia. Due to the amount of skin excess and droop to the chest tissues, he underwent a “free nipple” gynecomastia reduction. In this procedure, Dr. Geiger uses a combination of liposuction and surgery to remove the excess fullness and skin. Scars are meticulously placed along the native breast fold and hidden along the outer pectoralis muscle shadow. He then places the nipple back onto the chest tissue as a skin graft, allowing full resection of the breast tissue for a nice, flat contour as this patient desired. He looks great, and this simple procedure has completely changed his life. He is no longer embarrassed in or out of his clothing, and we are so happy to help him in this awesome transformation. Here he is seen ~ 4 months from surgery. His scars will continue to fade over the next 6 months and be hardly visible.
