Gynecomastia Surgery

This patient developed fullness to his right chest. After a workup to exclude underlying medical causes, he underwent gynecomastia reduction with Dr. Geiger. In this operation approximately 500 cc of fatty and breast tissue was removed with liposuction through tiny hidden incisions. The remaining “breast bud” directly under the nipple was removed through another hidden incision along the lower areolar border. Here is he 4 months out with a much more masculine and symmetric appearance to his chest.
