This nice gentleman was referred to Dr. Geiger for reconstruction of a right cheek and nose defect after his skin cancer was removed by a Mohs surgeon. Dr. Geiger designed a flap of adjacent tissue to slide down and fill the wound while concealing the incisions along natural crease lines. This prevented distortion of his nose and lower eyelid. Here he is one month later and already looking great. Some residual swelling of the lower eyelid will resolve within a few more weeks.
