This gentleman developed a melanoma just in front of his ear cartilage. Dr. Geiger removed the melanoma with wide margins, and reconstructed the defect using a full thickness skin graft. This prevented distortion of his ear cartilage and sideburn area while nicely camouflaging the defect.
