Head & Neck

This patient developed multiple cancers on each cheek. He underwent staged removal of the cancers by his Mohs surgeon. Dr. Geiger reconstructed the areas by moving tissues around to best hide the scars. Some additional skin from his left neck was used to fill in the remaining defect of the left cheek. Here he is 3 months later already looking great. His skin graft will continue to blend in over the next several months as sun exposures and remodeling take place.
