This patient developed concurrent left cheek melanoma and basal cell cancers. She underwent excision of both of these lesions with appropriate margins under a local anesthetic. During the same operation her cheek tissues were released and closed with meticulous techniques, orienting her scars along natural wrinkle lines. Here she is 4 months later, and already her scars are hardly noticeable.
