This patient developed an aggressive melanoma to the back of his neck requiring a very large removal of skin, muscles, and lymph nodes (black outlined marks). Dr. Geiger used a separate muscle and overlying skin from his left back to rotate up into the defect and provide healthy coverage of the defect.
