Mommy Makeover

This patient lost nearly 170 pounds after her gastric sleeve operation. She was left with loose, sagging skin and deflated breasts. She desired more fullness to the breasts, and overall body reshaping. Dr. Geiger first performed a fleur-de-lis tummy tuck to tighten her abdomen and remove as much skin as possible. She later underwent a breast lift with moderate plus profile implants combined with an upper arm lift to remove additional sagging skin or “bat wings”. She looks fantastic with her new body and we are extremely happy for her. Her scars will continue to lighten over the next 6-12 months.
