This patient had a prior breast augmentation years before and was unhappy with the size and sagging that eventually developed. She also desired improvement in her body contour. She had her implants removed and a breast lift performed, giving her a much perkier appearance. She underwent liposuction of her back, flanks, and abdomen to help slim and redefine these areas. An abdominoplasty tightened her muscles and loose skin for an outstanding result. Her scars are hidden very low along the bikini line, leaving only a tiny vertical closure of her old belly button which remains hidden in undergarments.
