This patient underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies for breast cancer via a lower outer breast fold incisions. She had immediate reconstruction by Dr. Geiger with the latest generation, highly cohesive, smooth round silicone implants giving her a very nice, slightly fuller appearance.
