This patient was unhappy with the more prominent appearance to her ears. This altered clothing and hairstyle choices as she would try and hide them. Dr. Geiger performed an Otoplasty to remove excess cartilage and reshape the ears to a flatter, less prominent position. Here she is looking great with crisp cartilage contours in a low profile.
