Prepectoral Reconstruction

This patient developed left breast cancer. She underwent double mastectomies through breast reduction-type incisions (Wise Pattern) to remove excess skin and allow better reshaping of the breasts. Dr. Geiger placed tissue expanders on top of the muscle (prepectoral) and supported them with a blanket of Alloderm as well as her own excess breast skin (inferior autoderm technique). She completed the expansion phase and subsequently underwent exchange to smooth round silicone implants for an excellent outcome giving her both a reduction and a breast lift. Natrelle SCF 650cc implants were placed on both sides.
