Prepectoral Reconstruction Before and After Photos Patient 37369

This patient developed left breast cancer and underwent bilateral skin sparing mastectomies through horizontal ellipse incisions. Dr. Geiger performed immediate prepectoral (above the muscle) reconstruction with smooth round silicone implants (Mentor Boost High Profile 545cc) the same day. This gave her a very nice shape and fuller appearance in one operation combining cancer removal and reconstruction.
