Prepectoral Reconstruction

This patient developed right breast cancer. She underwent double mastectomies through a short horizontal ellipse to remove some excess skin and provide a subtle breast lift. She had immediate direct to implant reconstruction with highly cohesive (gummy bear) smooth round silicone implants (SCF 385cc bilat) placed on top of the muscle (prepectoral reconstruction).
