Revision Reconstruction

This patient developed left breast cancer 20 years ago that was treated with mastectomy and implant based reconstruction. Over time she developed a tightening or contracture of her left implant capsule. This caused significant distortion and discomfort. Here she is 4 months after Dr. Geiger removed all of the tight scar tissue, updated her implant, and performed pocket adjustments. This was combined with a revision of her right breast lift for an excellent outcome and restoration of symmetry. She looks great, feels great, and all of her prior discomfort from the contracted left breast is gone.
