Revision Reconstruction

This patient underwent double mastectomies with her breast cancer surgeon and did not pursue plastic surgery/reconstruction at that time. However, some residual skin and tissue bothered her so she sought out a reconstructive surgeon to help correct this. Here she is after Dr. Geiger removed the additional tissue, tightened her chest skin, and performed some liposuction to even out areas of fullness. This helps prevent rashes under the skin folds, and discomfort when wearing a post-mastectomy bra. She is much happier now.
