Revision Reconstruction

This patient developed right breast cancer. She underwent double mastectomies through transverse incisions and full submuscular reconstruction by another plastic surgeon. She ultimately was expanded to her final size by a second plastic surgeon, and exchanged to her initial silicone implants by a third plastic surgeon. She was unhappy with her results despite prior revisions with appearance as per her before photos. Dr. Geiger performed extensive reshaping of the tissues, breast folds, and exchange to the latest generation, highly cohesive (gummy bear) smooth round silicone implants for a much improved appearance including better projection, cleavage, symmetry, and tightening of her lax outer chest wall skin.
