Revision Reconstruction

This patient has a history of breast cancer and underwent double mastectomies years earlier. Her reconstruction at that time was performed with saline implants. Her left implant eventually developed a leak and fully deflated. Here she is after revision of her reconstruction and upgrading to newer, shaped gummy bear implants (Mentor moderate plus profile, medium height, 420cc each). She had additional breast skin and pocket adjustments for an excellent outcome! Of note- she decided to have a concurrent tummy tuck with liposuction to compliment the result and looks phenomenal all around!.
