Revision Breast Reconstruction

This patient had a history of right breast cancer. She underwent double mastectomies and total submuscular expander placement with one plastic surgeon. Her expansion and exchange to saline implants was completed by a different plastic surgeon. She was unhappy with her final result and presented to Dr. Geiger for revision enhancement. Dr. Geiger performed bilateral implant exchange to highly cohesive, gummy bear implants along with pocket adjustments, skin adjustments, outer chest wall lipsuction/contouring, and fat grafting to the breasts. Here she is a few months afterwards looking and feeling much better.
