Revision Reconstruction

This patient underwent double nipple sparing mastectomies with subpectoral expander to implant reconstruction. She developed severe capsular contracture on the left after radiation was necessary to treat her cancer. Here she is after removal of her radiated scar capsule and subsequent pocket adjustments to bring her back into much more balance and symmetry.
