Skin Sparing Reconstruction Before and After Photos Patient 1800

This patient developed right breast cancer and underwent bilateral mastectomies via horizontal ellipse. She had immediate subpectoral tissue expander and Alloderm reconstruction. This was followed 3 months later by exchange to highly cohesive (gummy bear) smooth round silicone implants, giving her fuller, more perky breasts as desired.
