This patient developed right breast cancer. She desired more fullness and perkiness to her breasts if possible. She underwent bilateral mastectomies via curvilinear ellipses to remove some extra skin and provide that subtle breast lift. She had immediate subpectoral tissue expander and Alloderm reconstruction. This was followed 3 months later by exchange to highly cohesive (gummy bear) smooth round silicone implants, for added fullness and a great appearance in addition to removal of her cancer. She is seen here 6 months postop and her scars will continue to fade in color as they mature.
