This patient developed left breast cancer. She was treated with bilateral mastectomies via curvilinear ellipses to remove some extra skin and provide a subtle breast lift. She had immediate subpectoral tissue expander and Alloderm reconstruction. Her breast tissue was expanded during chemotherapy and completed prior to left breast radiation treatments. Six months after radiation she underwent exchange to smooth round, highly cohesive (gummy bear) silicone implants through a new hidden incision in her left breast fold, and her old transverse breast incision on the right.
