Skin Sparing Reconstuction

This patient developed right breast cancer. She underwent double mastectomies through small horizontal ellipses with immediate under the muscle expander and alloderm placement. She then completed chemotherapy prior to exchanging to smooth round silicone implants. She is 6 months after radiation to the right breast and continues to look great.
