Skin Sparing Reconstruction Before and After Photos Patient 515

This patient developed left breast cancer and underwent bilateral mastectomies via horizontal ellipse. She had immediate subpectoral tissue expander and Alloderm reconstruction. This was followed 3 months later by exchange to highly cohesive (gummy bear) smooth round silicone implants and fat grafting. She went on to have 3-D nipple tattoos to nicely complete her reconstruction.
