Skin Sparing Reconstuction

This patient had a prior subpectoral breast augmentation. She developed right breast cancer and underwent double mastectomies via curved ellipses to remove some extra skin and provide a subtle breast lift. Dr. Geiger then removed her old implants and capsules and reconstructed the breast mounds with subpectoral highly cohesive (gummy bear) smooth round silicone implants and Alloderm in a single stage for a nice lifted and full appearance. She is currently undergoing radiation therapy to the right breast for additional cancer treatment (stickers in place as radiation markers).
