Skin Sparing Reconstuction

This patient developed right breast cancer. She desired more fullness and perkiness to her breasts if possible. She underwent bilateral mastectomies via curvilinear ellipses to remove some extra skin and provide a subtle breast lift. She had immediate subpectoral tissue expander and Alloderm reconstruction. This was followed a few months later by exchange to highly cohesive (gummy bear) smooth round silicone implants, for added fullness and a great appearance in addition to removal of her cancer.
