Skin Sparing Reconstuction

This patient developed right breast cancer. This was treated wtih double mastectomies via horizontal ellipses. She had immediate subpectoral tissue expander and Alloderm reconstruction at the time of her cancer treatment. She was expanded through chemotherapy and ultimately exchanged to highly cohesive (gummy bear) smooth round silicone implants. She later had some amazing custom tattoos created to cover her scars and complete her reconstruction.
