This patient developed left breast cancer. She desired more fullness and perkiness to her breasts if possible. She underwent bilateral skin sparing mastectomies via curvilinear ellipses to remove her cancer. She had immediate subpectoral tissue expander and Alloderm reconstruction with Dr. Geiger. These were expanded while she underwent chemotherapy to a more full size as desired. She then had radiation treatments to complete her cancer care. Here she is looking great several months after exchange to highly cohesive (gummy bear) smooth round silicone implants (525cc SCX left; 495cc SCX right). She had 3-D nipples tattooed to complete her reconstruction.
