Top Surgery FTM Before and After Photos Patient 37753

This patient transitioned from a biologic female to a new, non-binary gender identity and was tired of wearing compression bras and binders to minimize chest prominence. Dr. Geiger performed top surgery to remove the breast tissue (4.2 kg/9lbs) and nipples in order to create a smooth, flat appearance. Patients have the option to re-graft the nipples back on for a smaller, more masculine appearance, or choose to leave the nipples off as this patient desired. Future tattoos come in handy for many as an excellent option to complete the process. Here this patient is four months out from surgery and feeling great. Happy to be able to wear whatever clothing desired, without the need for binder and minimizers.
