Tummy Tuck

This patient in her 60’s was unhappy with her truncal contour and pregnant appearing abdomen. She suffered from too much “visceral fat” surrounding her intestines that is deep to her abdominal wall. After a period of weight loss to gain enough laxity for muscle tightening, she underwent abdominoplasty by Dr. Geiger. Through a low waistline incision he was able to repair her muscle widening and tighten her core once again. Concurrent liposuction of the lower back and flanks was performed for removal of an additional 1.9 liters of fat. This helped achieve a significantly improved contour and definition throughout. She looks great with her new shape!
