Tummy Tuck

This patient lost over 95 pounds after a gastric sleeve operation. She had a residual lower abdominal apron of excess tissue that caused skin ulcerations, rashes, and infections. She qualified for a functional panniculectomy, or amputation of the lower abdominal tissues. In order to improve her postop appearance she elected to add on additional contouring via a tummy tuck in a fleur-de-lis pattern to rid as much skin as possible.. This further tightened her muscles, narrowed her waist, recreated a cute belly button. She looks fantastic with this amazing transformation. Scars will continue to fade over the ensuing year.
