Tummy Tuck Before and After Photos Patient 37858

This patient suffered from a weakened abdominal wall as well as multiple ventral hernias. She underwent a combination with Dr.Geiger and a general surgeon to perform both the hernia repairs and fleur-de-lis tummy tuck at the same time. This provides excellent exposure for the general surgeon to perform a safe and efficient hernia repair. Dr. Geiger adds additional strength to the hernia repair by subsequently reconstructing the diastasis or widening of the rectus muscles, which offloads tension from the hernia repair. Residual excess skin and fat was removed (6.5 lbs!), and the final result is a much improved contour with stronger abdominal wall. Here she is several months out doing great.
