Tummy Tuck with Liposuction
This patient in her 60’s worked hard through diet and exercise to loose 40 pounds. However,
she still had some fullness and skin laxity she didn’t like. Dr. Geiger performed liposuction of her back and flanks (3.2 liters) and abdomen (1.2 liters) along with an extended tummy tuck. This included a 2 layer tightening of her abdominal wall and excision of extra deep (subscarpal) fat of her abdominal wall. This removed an additional 6.1 pounds of tissue. Here she is 6 months postop looking and feeling amazing with her new figure!
