Unilateral Reconstruction

This patient developed left breast cancer and underwent left mastectomy through a horizontal ellipse. She had immediate subpectoral tissue expander and alloderm reconstruction. She desired a larger size and increased fullness bilaterally. After expansion, she underwent exchange to a smooth round silicone implant with concurrent right breast augmentation and lift for symmetry.
